Rental requests opening date: with the registrations opening
Rental requests closing date: 20th September 10:00 am CEST
REQUEST PROCEDURE: ONLINE only after finishing the race registration process
PAYMENT: by CREDIT CARD
The rental amount will not be refunded for any reason, including non-participation in the ROK CUP SUPERFINAL and/or TEST DAYS.
It will be possible to rent the material for:
- ONLY ROK CUP SUPERFINAL (rental from Monday 14th to Saturday 19th of October)
- TEST DAYS + ROK CUP SUPERFINAL (rental from Thursday 10th to Saturday 19th of October).
ONLY ROK CUP SUPERFINAL (14th - 19th October) 460,00 Euro (VAT included)
TEST DAYS + ROK CUP SUPERFINAL (10th – 19th October) 800,00 Euro (VAT included)
It includes the hire for one tent 4mx4m with 4 walls, 2 seats and 1 table.
The tent can host ONLY ONE DRIVER.
In case of any damage or break, the costs are at driver’s charge.
