Rental requests opening date: with the registrations opening
Rental requests closing date: 15th September 10:00 am CEST
Request procedure: online, only after finishing the race registration process
Payment: by credit card
The rental amount will not be refunded for any reason, including non-participation in the ROK Cup Superfinal and/or ROK Cup Trophy.
It will be possible to rent the material for:
- 1 RACE - only ROK Cup Superfinal (rental from Monday 9th to Saturday 14th of October)
- 2 RACES – ROK Cup Trophy + ROK Cup Superfinal (rental from Thursday 5th to Saturday 14th of October)
Tent Hire* 1 RACE: ROK Cup Superfinal (9th - 14th October) 450,00 € (VAT included)
Tent Hire* 2 RACES: ROK Cup Trophy + ROK Cup Superfinal (5th – 14th October) 800,00 € (VAT included)
* It includes the hire for one tent 4mx4m with 4 walls, 2 seats and 1 table.
The tent can host only one driver. In case of any damage or break, the costs are at driver’s charge.
